Pre-pay Discount!
To help ease the financial burden of therapy costs to our families, Capable Kids Home Therapy Co. offers a ‘pre-pay discount’ of 15% for families that do not receive any other discounts on their therapy services. To be eligible families must meet the following criteria:
1. You must not be eligible for a discount through another means such as your insurance company or the early intervention program. If you are not sure if you meet this eligibility criterion, please call our office at 704-965-0783 and we will help you determine this.
2. You must pay the full amount for the therapy session and the payment must be received in our office prior to the therapy session beginning. There will be no exceptions made to this timeline.

What if insurance ends of paying for some of our therapy? Your account will be credited towards future sessions or if you are no longer a client, a refund will be issued. Even if your insurance pays, you can still save money on your co-pay or co-insurance by pre-paying.
What if I pay for a session that is later cancelled by myself or our therapist? Your account will be credited toward a future session or if you are no longer a client, a refund will be issued.
What if I forget to pre-pay and a therapy session occurs that was not pre-paid? Then our standard rate will apply to these sessions. It is up to the parent to stay aware of therapy appointments and pay for them prior to beginning.
