Beth Moody Occupational Therapist Beth has worked in early intervention as an occupational therapist for the past 9 years. She also has an education degree and taught for seven years in early childhood programs, giving her a unique skill set that she brings to her therapy sessions. Beth enjoys working with all sorts of children, but especially enjoys children with fine motor impairments, coordination issues, sensory integration issues, autism, and Down syndrome. She loves helping children reach their full potential and has taken numerous continuing education classes, especially in the areas of early intervention, sensory integration, and handling techniques. One of Beth’s strengths is creating homemade toys to show families how children can learn developmental skills with everyday objects. She currently provides evaluations and therapy in Mint Hill, Matthews, and Indian Trail. |
