We are currently in-network with:

  • NC Medicaid
  • Tricare
  • Medcost
  • SC Medicaid

    • We currently bill all other insurances as ‘out-of-network’. We file all claims for our families.

    We also participate in the Beech Street , PHCS, and MultiPlan networks, which have negotiated rates with various Aetna, Cigna, Wellpath, and United plans. We still access the out-of-network benefits for these plans, but if you find this logo on your insurance card, there is a discounted rate that would apply.

    Will my insurance cover therapy?

    Once provided with your insurance information, we will check your benefits for you and explain them to you to the best of our ability, including any deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, visit limitations, and exceptions that we are provided with from your insurance company. All insurance companies will state that this explanation of your benefits does not guarantee payment and that will be decided at the time the claim is submitted.

    What if my insurance denies therapy?

    We will work with you and the insurance company to determine if an appeal of the denial may be appropriate and provide you with appropriate documentation for an appeal. We will also discuss with you whether there are any other funding options for your situation.
