Company Policies

In order to provide the best possible services to the families we serve, we ask families to adhere to a few basic policies:

  1. Families will be billed on a monthly basis for their portion of therapy costs. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the bill. Late charges will apply if a bill remains unpaid for more than 30 days.


  2. If there is a change in insurance or Medicaid status, parents are to let their therapist know of the changes immediately.


  3. If a client has vomited due to illness or had a fever during the 24 hours prior to the therapy session, the family is asked to call the therapist and cancel the therapy seesion.


  4. If a parent cancels 50% of the sessions for two consecutive months or has 3 no-shows in a six month time period, we reserve the right to discontinue services with the family allowing them to find another direct service provider for therapy services.
